As Kent Resistance Electric Heating Elements, we attach great importance to the protection of the personal data of our customers, employees and business partners. Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we have adopted the following policy in order to fulfill our obligations regarding the processing, storage and protection of personal data.

Personal data is processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty. Personal data are collected in a limited and measured manner in connection with the purposes for which they are processed and are retained for the period necessary for these purposes.

Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing and access of personal data and to ensure the preservation of data. In this context, information security policies have been created and necessary inspections are carried out.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties without the express consent of the relevant person. However, personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the relevant legislation, in cases where data processing is mandatory for the fulfillment of legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- Rights of Relevant Persons
Personal data owners have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:
- Learning whether personal data is being processed or not
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose
- Knowing third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data
- Requesting correction, deletion or destruction to be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems
- Requesting compensation for damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data
- Policy Updates
This policy may be updated in line with legislative changes and internal processes. The updated policy will be announced to the public by being published on our website.
